Q. Does it cost anything to list my business?
A. No. Listing your business is free. There are two additional premium upgrades that you can choose to add to your account, but the basic listing is always free.
Q. I lost my password, how do I get that back?
A. Go to the password reminder page and put in the business name and click send. You will then receive your password in your email account that was registered to the business listing.
Q. My listing is already there and I would like to make changes, how do I do that?
A. Please send an email to info@hwy-13.com and we will send you the username and password for your account. Then you can make changes or upgrade your account.
Q. There is not a category for my type of business, how can I list my business?
A. When you register your business, please choose "Other" for the category type, then send an email request to info@hwy-13.com and we will consider adding a business category for you.
Q. How do I get an upgraded account?
A. First you must create a Free account and list your business. Once your free account is in place, you can login and upgrade your account to Advanced or Premium.
Q. How are payments accepted and is it safe to give my credit card online?
A. We use Paypal as our payment processor. You will be sent to their secure website for credit card processing. Once on their secure site, you will need to create a username and password and then they will process your credit card. This is a very secure way to make payments online.
Q. What are the specific account upgrades and how much do they cost?
A. There are three types of business listings, Free, Advanced, and Premium. You can find the specifics of each account here.
Q. What are the maximum sizes for my logo or banner images and what format should they be in?
A. The Logo should be less than 300 x 300 pixels and the banner ad maximuim size is 468(w) x 80(h) pixels. The format can be .jpg, .gif
The images can't be larger than 30k in file size.
